You sure can! You can pay your bill with credit/debit card as well as cash. Come by today and we will assist you with this.

5. What is U-verse ? Can I get it where I live?

AT&T U-verse uses fiber technology and computer networking to bring you advanced television, high speed internet and digital home phone service. Geographic and service restrictions apply, so come into your nearest NewWave Link locations to check your eligibility.

6. Why can’t I purchase wireless products and wired services on the site?

We want you, our customer, to be fully satisfied in their purchase. We believe that offering a hands on experience in one of our locations by Retail Sales Associate will provide this. In the ever changing industry of technology it is always wise to get expert advice. Our Retail Sales Associates are trained and knowledgeable to you this experience. We do offer accessory purchases online.

8. What is your return policy on phone and accessories?

HANDSET RETURN POLICY (excluding iPhone):
You can receive a refund or 1 exchange within 30 days from purchase with this receipt and original packaging.
To receive a full refund or exchange, merchandise should be in like-new condition with no visible damage.
A $25 re-stocking fee will be charged for each missing component.
All handsets must be returned to original place of purchase.
Charges for wireless services, features, activation fees, taxes and surcharges are not refundable, transferable, exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. IPHONE POLICY: New Apple-branded equipment is covered by Apple's one-year limited warranty; AT&T does not support warranty exchanges.

After you have setup your voicemail, press and hold “1” to access your voicemail from you wireless device.

11. Can I get on the internet with my phone?

Most of the current phones will allow you to access the internet. You will have to have a data plan on your phone which starts as low as $15.00 per month.

12. What is the AT&T Customer Service number?

13. How do I check my minutes?

Dial *MIN# (*646#) from your wireless device.
Press the SEND key.
A text message detailing your minute usage will be sent to your phone.

Press the SEND key.
A text message detailing your data usage will be sent to your phone.
